Back from Oregon and a lovely visit with #1 son. Hubby and I drove from So Cal, so four days of driving total -- with no exercise those days. It's made a difference. We also fell into the olive oil tasting (with fresh rosemary bread) and I can see that it's going to take a couple of days to rid my body of the wheat.
I didn't throw away my diet completely, but I definitely indulged. When we got home last night I got on the stationary bike and used my weights, so I feel a little better about starting this week. (Of course, I took my weights with me and didn't use them at all. My son's apartment complex has a small gym and all I used was the spa, so I own my guilt.)
Two and a half pounds to lose again. I hate losing the same weight over and over! Such a waste of time. However, it could have been more, as hubby just reminded me.
