Thanks! I worked out hard so I decided to eat breakfast after 😀 I could definitely eat this at any time of the day too. It’s only 250 cals, 70% fat and will keep me satisfied all day :D

Portion size is great minus the bacon and yolks, boiled eggs much better nothing fried unless your using unflavoured coconut oil

As popular as it has become, some people still haven’t been enlightened. A frequent customer at my job asked how I’ve lost so much weight and I told her, she was in complete disbelief lol
