Fasting went surprisingly well! So much easier not to stress if you are sleeping most of your fast. Started at 7PM and had my first meal at 11AM - will keep up this routine for a while. Working on hitting my calorie intake so some serious fatbombs in preparation. ✌🏻 Have a good day, my friends! 💋
