keto to Carnivore DAY 17: you think I could be retaining water from my intense elliptical cardio workout. I was hoping to be back to 183, but noooo lol, my body! has a damn mind if it's own. my average calorie intake last week was a little over 1300. let's see what this week brings. only eating if hungry, intermittent fasting unless I'm famished. letting my body dictate the amount of food. I still think my hormones aren't adapted to the hormone cream. At least I'm hoping that's the reason! last time I switched hormones, it took 3 months+ to stabilize. I gotta say, I wanted to be around 155-160 by holidays. I want my boobs to NOT BE POPPING OUT OF MY DANG BRAS! ladies! and.... I just want to get to a weight where I'm comfortable, then I'll chill on the slow weight loss LoL! I promise.

Baskington OR I was thinking, create more inflammation, causing my body to repair, instead of burn fat. Just a thought. We shall see! My cheeks are red today, so I'm hoping I didn't trigger another flare. How ez it is to FORGET!

You are doing good! Our bodies can be real a**holes and do what it pleases. Take it easy on the elliptical. Use it to get activity but not to stress out the body. Maybe that way you don’t have to worry about the healing part as much?
