You can do it and it’ll all be ok. You’ve done a great job so far don’t look back. I’ve struggled most of my life with yo-yo weight. I’ve made up my mind, I wanna be fit by 50 which is only 3 months away but if I’m not, I’ll still be 3 months closer to goal!!!!🤞🏻🙏🏻

I took antibiotics for almost 2 weeks and stayed the same exact weight even though I was fasting, working out, and eating very low cal Keto. Antibiotics are da devil!
