My scales rarely move until right at the last minute... so that's very common. Remember it takes 3500 calories to lose 1lb, perhaps through a combination of eating less and exercise. You're doing fantastic there so far... so I'm sure you don't have to worry. ;o) Like you I have to keep having little sneak preview at the scales... just to see what they are up to. Guess we shouldn't really, but it's always nice to see them move isn't it!
