After fiber, coffee, and bm. Only ate 1,680 yesterday in sparkpeople. Signed up to evaluate MyFitnessPal today. Recomends 2,070 cal daily to gain 2.5 lbs a week up to 142 lbs.
60.6 kg Lost so far: 32.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
