I did it! Finally! I'm so happy! I know it's all mental, it's just a number and I still have a long way to go, but to be under 200 feels like a huge accomplishment! And I feel like I worked if off. I don't feel like it's just water weight. I see it! My collar bones are coming back! I will up my calories for the weekend, but I think I will try to do 1400 a day next M-F. I am going to treat myself to a massage! Yay!!!
