Finally getting rid of the 'little boy' arms :) This is after only one week of bulking. But, as soon as I hit 180lbs I'm back to fasting. Gaining weight is really hard on me mentally.

You look great. Keep doing what works for you. I would have a hard time mentally as well to gain weight 😬

@elsie chag - If I was not so comfortable, and enjoy, fasting I don't think I could do the 'bulk and cut' thing. I don't know how people can endure a normal 'months long cut'. I know I can drop 20lbs in a month by fasting 5 days a week. I just did it last month. That's how I came up with the "180lbs limit" :)
