Well done! Yes, it's good that you are mindful about not going in any excess of 180 lbs. But it will be a "bulk and cut" journey from now onwards. Expect the scale swings :)

@reader1 - It is going to take all the mental power I have to allow myself to get to 180. I'm only at 172 and I'm ready to 'tap out'... If the cut goes well I will feel better about the 'process' but this is my first go-round.

Bulk and cut bro but you may want to consider sticking to OMAD with low carb vs long fasts for your cuts. You have years of metal fatness to overcome and I get it. My recent running injuries have opened my eyes and I sense a change in my perspective and probably will increase my lifting to 2 x per week vs my current 1x per week. All I have to do is swap out a running session and that will be how I "find the time". I may even swap out another running session for the elliptical because I can crush a 45 minute session on there and feel great vs the same minutes of running and feel like crab. Your body is looking great and your stomach will tighten from lifting. Keep going Ade!
