I crashed when I got home from school this afternoon. My husband found me with shoes still on and pedometer still attached. I told him my head hurt, and he asked me what I had ate. "Captain Crunch and Fritos."
"Maybe it's time to start taking care of yourself, hm?"
Okay, okay. If it will make the headache go away and the brain clear, I'll do it. Okay, Andy died, but that doesn't mean I need to live like a zombie. Right?

I think your husband is right, and by him saying that is showing how much he cares and to me sounds like he's willing to support you - so take that and lean on him for a bit until you can make it on your own.

Just consider the Captain Crunch and Fritos as a minor relapse because of the circumstances. I agree--how wonderful for a supportive husband, I too have one of those. Plus, I'm guessing that your wonderful friend that you recently lost would want the best for you as well, right?
