makanan sehat dan serba rebus aja udah 400cal ya... 1/3 kebutuhan kurleb sehari2 ... mirizzz ne hidup sehat blom nyemil2 kita ya. meski eat clean ada calorie disana sni jg hikshiks.. andai ai ai ai ai...
