Thanks @Nikkiferrera! It's like lasagna but I used sliced zucchini instead of pasta, salsa instead of tomato sauce and cajun seasoning instead of italian. Not that I have anything against tomato and italian - love them too - just feeling like mexican. Next time I'll add a little hot sauce to boot!
