I have dropped a little lower than I am comfortable with. I have lost most if not all of the loose skin I wanted to absorb but have not been able to exercise like I wanted to build back muscel. However I have upped my daily calorie goal to between 1900 and 2400 calories to halt anymore weight loss. If I eat good, low glycemic foods it is difficult to get that many calories without adding protein drinks and peanut butter. Also the time for preparation of the meals is scarce with trips to the nursing home for Mom and the support work I have been doing at the Apartment complex a friend bought.
