I’ve been in maintenance mode for a couple of months but my weight is starting to creep back up. It’s subtle but its noticeable over time. Maybe it has something to do with eating more calories than I need to maintain my weight (that’s Sarcasm for anyone who missed it). Time to be better about that early rather than later.
