And again...0.7 lbs. heavier. What else do I need to do to lose weight? I feel as if eating makes me heavier and not eating makes me heavier. I have only missed exercising 2 days in the past 2 weeks. I haven't had chocolate in a few days because I haven't wanted any, I have my soda regularly, which I know contains a high amount of corn syrup. It could have been the skittles last night....most likely, I haven't had that kind of sweet in a long time.

Tomorrow start test rides to TJ's school. He keeps getting himself into trouble on the bus so I thought it would be better to take him to school. I like riding bikes with my kids so this should be a good exercise every morning and gets some energy spent for them. We have to go along a main road for approx 1/2 mile. The school is a mile away...I think. Never timed it or measured.

I am not going to eat too much today since I am not hungry but I am making stir-fry for dinner. That will be good. Loving food is a blessing but a curse at the same time :( .

Don't forget, muscle weighs more than fat. Have you taken any measurements? Maybe you're losing inches right now. Also, have you tried making the switch from regular soda to diet? It may be hard to down at first, but you'll eventually like it better than regular. Great thinking on the bike ride to school!

NOT a bad idea on the diet but EW!!! it is nasty tasting at first, lol!! No I haven't done measurements. If that was the case I should've fit good into my 16s I currently wear but they are still a little snug on me. :( Unless I some how shrunk them in the wash again, lol!!! I've done that a few times. hahaha I will attempt the diet but I think I need to find something besides MT. dew then. Or pepsi, coke, etc. I will most likely go back to sprite or something.. Who knows...I will keep trying though :) ty
