Crap happens and life just happens...missed 3 days of no workouts :( but I’ve been tracking all my food...I will get back to it tomorrow

I hate missing the gym. I missed 3 days in a row a couple of weeks ago and found I was really depressed.

I hate missing workouts too...but sometimes at least with me I need the extra rest lol and normally when Fall season rolls around I’m literally busy from September until the new year...crazy busy but I like it!
