So I started the protein diet yesterday. It looks like i was under 900 calories and about 53.6 grams of carbs. I am getting symptoms of the keto flue, i hope it passes fast. I plan to stay on this for at least a month if not longer. Then when go into maintenance somewhat. I plan on going vegan. Vegan is really for my health condition. I have Lupus and my doctor is convinced that a plant base diet will benefit me. But since losing this 30lbs i am more convince that getting this weight off of me is even more beneficial. One bar for breakfast/lunch then meat and vegetable for dinner. Trying to work it down to 20-50 carbs a day.
