Well, I met my April goal of getting out of the 180's this morning...waaaa hoooo! This last week I increased my carbs a bit and am also getting more fiber (not 25g but more than before). It is going to be in the upper 60's today and my kids and grandkids are coming for the weekend. Doesn't get better than this! ~Happy Friday!

2 more pounds and I will be at my pre-thanksgiving weight. Funny how it does not take long to add pounds but feels like forever to take them off! Have a Happy Mother's Day to you to!

Good for you sweetie. That is wonderful. I can't remember when I was this weight. It's so not natural to see 180 something as a weight. I still can't imagine seeing anything under 200
