WEll after a long time of fairly clean eating, I decided to get lazy and buy a meal in a bag. OH MY HEAVENLY DAYS! There was something in there that did not treat me well. I had a hard time sleeping and this morning my face is so swollen the only thing holding my eyes open is the lashes. but the scale says only 3 oz up so when I get the water off.....
