지난주 말에 운동간거 몸무게가.. 거진 1.5키로 늘었었늠데 다 고기무한리필집+계절밥상 을 하루안에 다 갔기 때문이었지 ,, 충격먹고 식단조금 하고 오늘 운동 토나오게 하니까 지난주 초 보다 더 빠저부럿네~~~ 넘 좋다~~~
