WOW! Can't believe that I've lost over 35 lbs. since the end of Jan! I'm less than a lb from my goal of 215 as well.
97.9 kg Lost so far: 16.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
