Bought a thigh master and starting out can barely move it. But can sure feel it uses muscles. I have a disease so I had my 18 year old do it and it is strength training for her even. Starting out with 7 reps several times a day.

does it have a lower setting?? I know my stationary bike has several settings and when I first started I set it much lower, had to
