OK so summer starts on June 21st so that gives me approx. 7 weeks to get as close to my qoal weight as I can. I would need to lose 3.5 pounds a week to hit it, but thats not realistic. If I can steadily lose 1 to 2 pounds per week I would be happy. It just means I will have to hit my goal around the end of summer. I just want to be 140ish when I go on my cruise in December to the Bahamas...woohoo. That will be my second honeymoon & treat for working so hard to hit my goal weight.
