still the same. i know why i have completely lost all my motivation. Since i can't afford to buy new clothes for my new body what is the point in going any lower then i am. I know what the point is but its not very motivating when you look in the mirror and your clothes make you look the same size as before. I really miss going to the meetings i really need that extra boost to get me through every week. I am just in a low place thankfully the tools i have learned are still getting me through a little bit. I am still drinking all my water and i am not using food to get me through this slump i am journaling a lot right now. I just someone or something to kick me back into gear

I can understand missing the meetings, but you can get some positive support here. I an also very sympathertic about the clothing thing, That can be a sticky thing for almost anyone. Even when I have had the resources to buy new clothes, it doesn't always feel right to buy new ones while am on the downward curve. I have resorted to washing my jeans in Hot water a couple of times when I was not able to buy new clothes, but wanted a thinner fit. If you are a jeans person - maybe that could help. When that doesn't work, I put on fresh makeup every morning - kind of perks me up. Good luck, you have done very well so far.

Don't let something like clothes stop you from success! I know the money isn't there to buy new ones but you would be surprised what people will give you if they know you need it. Ask around with your friends if anyone has anything they want to get rid of - then stand back and and watch your closets fill up! Organize a clothes swap with a bunch of girlfriends and their girlfriends! Looking at how much you've already lost it looks like you probably need some new clothes. Stay motivated!
