Good morning from the UK, yesterday went so fast. Our Spinning Class Trainer is now back & I am hoping for another good class just like yesterday , tonight. I think I'll make meatballs with pasta for my main meal tonight. Now that I eat only 1 meal a day, 3 times a week meal planning is so much more easier. Anyway, I trust you have a blessed day☺
