Good afternoon to my World where my buddies & FS friends are

I have had a fun day thus far, little late getting on today, one of my passions took first priority. You'll never guess, right! Its the bald eagle.I watch many different eagle cams around this country and today
at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens located at Hampton Roads,Va. had a
banding of three eaglets, one received a transmitter so it can be tracked.Yes,I do watch that too.Hey,its better then me getting into food,I at least was drinking.....my water of course. So out the window
went bedmaking, dishes and dh was very lucky to get lunch.I will not bore you with further details but it was very exciting,2 males and one
they aren't really sure about and it is the biggest at 8 1/4 lbs. They thought it a female.

Went for my walk this morning,of course my eaglet was yelling his head off for food.It is so hot today here in the interior of Fl but when you
have AC everywhere you go,its liveable.

I made a attitude adjustment that is working and I can't have any
distractions other then paying attention to what I'm doing.Of course
this does not include the eagles. This is one way I find I can relax along with doing cross stitch(counted)keeps me out of food.

Also coming here talking with my buddies who offer wonderful advise
and lovely comments,not only to me,but to all.Luv you gals!No I can't
find those smiley's otherwise I would use them.FS friends are supportive to everyone too.

So,I still have catch up do,following many hours on the computer this morning,I did have some emotional tears along with a big smile. My loving daughters sent be a big arrangement of lavender roses, with wht
mini ones in a etched lavender glass vase.On the card they remembered
that my Mom,their grandmother loved lavender and roses, that was on the
card, swt memories of Mom who passed away many years ago, brought the tears and smile at the same time.I miss her still! My girls are truly my shining stars.

Everyone have a wonderful successful day, stay on course, know you can do this, and hooray to all.

I didn't think I was going to talk so much, can't help it,whatever takes
over I can't control...............LOL

What a lovely gift memories can make for us. Tomorrow is my father's birthday and it'll be the 2nd one since he passed. It's no wonder why he's been on my mind so much lately. Those memories will never leave us. You are fortunate to have such thoughful and loving daughters. Take care my friend.
