I need to eat. I don't want to. I need to move. I feel like I'm fighting against Jello. Somebody give me a little (gentle) push, please.

Push push push. Think of how good you feel after a workout. I know everything won't be better, but maybe your endorphins will get pumping and make things seem a little less gloomy.

push-- I agree with alaina. it will make you feel a lot better, its just the initial step that is so hard. you can do it!

PUUUUUSSSSSHHHHHH! Once you take that first initial step the rest will be easier and you will be amazed how much better you will feel and it will lift your spirits a little. Get something to eat, turn some music on and boogie to it.
