SO the journal and the website have really helped i think that and im writing about it on facebook also. I lost 4 lbs according to my scale. The site says itll take me 2 months if i keep losing that much everytime. that would be fine with me but idk if it would really happen like that lol... Some days ill lose a lil more then others. I think this diet will work good with work to. On thursdays we have truck day now let me tell ya thats a work out. A normal load is about 675 boxes and who gets to unload them we do. the truck driver puts them on a belt but it only goes to our doorway so we pick up each piece and take it to where it belongs. Your extremly tired on these days. expecially since theres only 2 of you unloading the truck... but its a great work out. Jay also got us the Active for our Wii. That thing is great i love it. then we won an exercise basket at a fundraiser that had workout viedos and all these different work out things in it. im definitly ready to bust some butt and get to my goal before ourr wedding... :D
