Chalking up to be a week for the record books! Trying to square away youngest son's adventure to College these days...packing, shopping, banking, haircut, work and more! Always crazy busy around here. And that's all for him..not me!! ;)
Food and exercise still going along smoothly. Trying to keep up w/ entering food. Haven't entered my Krill Oil capsules (which I take in the morning) - and with summer - I really haven't had any interest in Bkfst until late morning / mid day.
I figure (hopefully) the krill oil is at least doing something in the morning for my metabolism.
Weighed in this morning and the scale is down a hair...but will wait until Saturday to record. We'll see...
Otherwise, things are going well.

Paula, just getting caught up with you. You sound like you are doing well, getting your head back in the game, and I have no doubt the scale will follow! Have a great week.
