I just had to had to had to zoom home from the trainer and write down the good news!!!! I have lost 4lbs since my last weigh in!! Whoohoo! It wasn't an "official trainer wiegh & measure", but I'm below 200lbs! Yipee!!!!! Thanks PKing for the encouragement~ it's greatly appreciated!
