liat2 protein bar& fitbar di indomaret krn pengen ngemil, kirain bakal tinggi proteinnya gitu tp ternyata 1 bar proteinnya cuma 3gr & carb nya sampe ±17gr. kyknya lebih tepat harusnya dibilang carb bar drpd protein bar 😅

iya tuh wkwkwk.. pengalamanku (bisa beda di orang lain) makan 1 bar malah memicu sugar craving, jadi makin lapar & ngambil lebih dari 1. aku mending ngemil apel atau agar"+ stevia. sama" makanan manis tp kenyang & ga bikin craving

nyemil keju aja kak @arian ... 😅 kl di indomart semua tuh cemilan carb...😋 yogurt, susu, coklat, roti, kripik dll, carb nya dominan. yg tinggi protein palingan keju, kacang tanah, krupuk kulit, selai kacang
