No change at all but I wanted to go into a little more detail about what my diet looks like now. My weight loss journey began almost 3 years ago and I’ve changed my WOE a couple times to adjust to hitting plateaus and such. I went ver low carb for the 1st year. Did extremely well... then stopped. Switched to veganism and although it took some time to adjust to carbs again, I eventually started losing. Recently,I’ve been playing with fasting and OMAD and it seems to have once again revved up my engines. I don’t talk much about my diet or what I eat cuz I truly believe the only thing that works, is what you’re willing to do.
