So i woke up today excited but nervous about going on a diet. I know i can stick to it its just getting all the stuff to stay on it... This morning ive had 4 eggs even though it ended up being like 2 since i burned half of them ( but ill still count the 4) from the horrible pan i used guess i need new pans to lol. I had some ham and cheese with my eggs also. and already 2 bottles of water. i hated water before and i've already had two since i got up this is odd. Im thinkin chicken for lunch possibly... I went out and got me a journal too so that i have something with me at all times then i also downloaded and synced my phone up with the fat secret app so i can record my stuff there to when im on the go. well enough for now i think its time to go wake up soon to be hubby, i mean it is noon lol... cant sleep the whole day away...
