Hi Everyone!

So, it's been a few days since my 90-day program officially ended. I have not gotten around to summarizing the experience yet, but I did want to share something.

I have wanted a carb day so badly, I even fantasized about what I could have, what I would want and enjoy the most. However, now that the weekend is approaching, I find that I don't really want to indulge myself.

First, what would a carb day really get me? NOTHING POSITIVE!

Second, what would it do to my progress? SET ME BACK SO FAR!

Third, how long would it take me to get back to where I am today? AT LEAST TWO WEEKS.

So, my alternatives are to 1) fast for 24 hours or 2) just eat normal keto. They both will actually do something FOR me, not against me.

@steven. That’s exactly what fasting does to your psyche. It’s all about control. I don’t want to let something control or consume my life and being. I let alcohol do it for so long. Fasting makes me understand that I can live without food for a few hours.
