Enakkk banget makan oat pake lauk! Rasaya lauk nya banget hahaha

rolled oat (oat kasar) dimasak 5 menit pake air aja di microwave. rasanya hambar saja seperti nasi tapi lebih tinggi seratnya dan lebih rendah kalorinya.
