My first day on here. I signed up for a gym about 2 weeks ago. I've only missed about 4 days so far and those are days that I had decided would be my off days anyway. I've lost 4 pounds already. My goal is to get down to 190. I am at 212 right now. When I eat at home (or even out) I have made it a point to only have one plate of food per meal. This limits overeating. I have already achieved one goal which is to job over a mile non stop. I jogged a mile and a half non stop yesterday, took a 50 second break, and then proceeded to job another 3/4 of a mile. I also did about 7 miles on the exercise bike. All in all I burned over 500 calories. I hope to do the same tomorrow, at least.
