Ohhh I was a bad putty tat today... fat was still 60% of my Cals but the carbs were wayyyy up. Feeling great though. Try to do better better tomorrow. I did get on the scale at my friends house still in the back.

Weight up, weight down, weight up, weight d...on and on. I have been planting poplars but I've had it with them and I'm going for an oak, this one last time.
