Really really REALLY regretting the loaded nachos from Del Taco for lunch. My stomach is so upset. I planned the calories, but not the discomfort! I haven't been eating much processed food lately, and I think it's the canned queso that's killing me. Ugh. That's what I get for straying.

I totally sympathize, but the beautiful bright side is that you have one less temptation you need to worry about. I realized that when French fries lost their appeal. I miss how much I used to love them, but I know that I never have to worry about giving in to that temptation.

Strange, isn't it? I don't even think about candy anymore and even chips aren't calling my name every second - don't know why but I'll take it!

All true... except for cookies. Fresh ones. Homemade or bakery. I have very little willpower. A gal brought some leftover cookies from her baby shower to work yesterday and I had one, then did not go back to the break room until I was sure everyone had been in and the cookies were gone. I can't bake anymore; it's just too hard to limit myself.

I don't bake, but I keep baked goods around. I just freeze them right away. Since it takes a while for them to thaw, gives me a chance to put them back if I'm not doing what I'm supposed to be doing. But I've gotten to the point where I have them scheduled and within my limits in before heading to the freezer.

That's smart, LZenn. I did that with our Christmas candy this last year. We just pulled the last bag out last month! Out of sight, out of mind, and as you said: if I have to wait for it to thaw, I may not want it after all.
