So FINAlly started menstruating. 6 days late and nearly 3 weeks of PMS... I don’t know if it’s the Keto effecting my cycle or the intermittent fasting but it’s annoying. Belly bloated and feet so swollen my socks are really tight lol

;) maybe TOM (time of the month) could be used for the guys next time in re of "menstruating" they kind of get uneasy around this subject. LOL (just trying to make ya smile) hope you get to feeling better.
