Held steady today -
daughters birthday so steakhouse with big carbs there didn't know how todays weigh in would go -
yesterday had some diet coke, pepsi, water - steak and shrimp with rice (oh no ) and spaghetti noodles - love the place , had to do it,
4 cupcakes yesterday oh no - done with that now -
also yesterday had 2 eggs, mushrooms, turkey 4 slices of name brand , and salsa about a cup with a little water added in for volume -
day what of 7 day challenge all blown up this week - that's life -
beers on saturday with friend moving (oh no) , what a bummer, but new place sounds awesome - good and bad together, that's the way it works - get a 400 acre lake place to fish out of it - wow -
can't visit them daily but I am hsppy for them -
Good Luck to all - No challenge now going, just working on eating well this week, knowing when I'm bad not to expect anything, and we'll see how it goes -
