I fasted for 45 hours and then had nuts, chia seeds and coconut milk - now I'm fasting again - probably until tomorrow. We'll see how it goes.

Go0d luck! On the rare day where I break a fast with only one small meal, my weight loss will continue as if I didn't eat at all :) Hope it is the same with you.
