How are you able to come up with something 'new' to eat every-single-day? :)

Lol! Abef I want to enjoy my food! That’s something I need to work on though; can’t Always eat food just because it’s delicious. But so far staying creative is keeping me on this diet! It’s been almost 3 months of dieting!! That’s a long time!

Recipe: 6g square of mozzarella cheese, pinch of fresh basil, sliver of tomato, and then 1/2 TB spoon of parm kinda pressed on top. Bake at 400 for about 7 minutes or more. I hounestly wouldn’t make than this way again though. I would use pre shredded mozzarella and a little less parm mixed together, then garnish with the other stuff

Try putting it on parchment paper and use the microwave, about 3 minutes?

I used an oven but an air fryer or a microwave might work. Wouldn’t hurt to try!
