Second weekend away, and might not be so bad. Packed a cooler full of what we can eat and took it to our room for supper on Fri/Sat. We did have the yummy breakfast provided by the B&B, but the rest of the time it was our own food.

The biggest change though becasue of this new life style of ours, is that when we got there instead of our normal routine of going up and lying about then getting into the car and driving the short distance to town for supper and back this year we walked. Yep!! We unpacked, went down to take photos of the gardens, and then walked the approx mile to town. Once there we checked out the store fronts, sat on a street bench and listened music from a local band, chatted w/some locals, and then strolled back to our B&B. What a great change!!! Adding the extra night of activity to our weekend made it seem fuller and more relaxing.

So proud of me, and my DH too, for taking on this new way life and enjoying all the potnetial it has shown us. Bring on the next weight goal.....and next time we can walk even more!!!
