Got an actual scale today. fully clothed with shoes it was 205. Balance board off. I decided to take today off from exercises since my SI is hurting when standing, bending, sitting, you name it! I can't get it to stop, even with MRs! I will get back to tomorrow, exercising regularly. Hopefully.
