kebutuhan kalori harian saya di 2200kkal, berat kalo ga ngejar dgn makanan yg caloric dense.. saya malah tambah makan nasi 2x sehari hahahaha.. kadang saya makan es krim, coklat, pastri, mi instan, apapun deh yg saya suka asalkan masih dalam batasan macronutrient (IIFYM) supaya dietnya ga boring hehehe..
