Back in the swing today. Been sick again and needed to take time off from the gym when that happens just to make sure it doesn't get worse with my asthma. On the up side, had a little blessing on the 4th. My niece, a little firecracker, Natalie Rose was born a couple days early. Along with doing it for myself, she was one of the reasons for me to get back into shape. I wanted to be able to be a good example for her and chase after without running out of breath. I couldn't be happier that she is here and it makes me want to work even harder for her.
