Sarapan muesli + dried fruit and nuts ditambah susu kedelai dan biji chia cuma 466kal, gampang banget cocok buat aku anak kos yang malas masak kalau pagi-pagi, habis makan pasti 15-30 menit kemudian langsung pup 😜
