We had Turkey and Stuffing on the weekend and I eat a little more of the stuffing and turkey then I should have. Now I need to work at getting back on track.
134.7 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
