Today is going to be really difficult when it comes to staying on track. We're going to spend the entire day painting and cleaning our new house.

Hi Holly! If you haven't already started on the decorating and cleaning, try to ensure there's lots of "good" stuff available to snack and nibble on as the day progresses. Even if it's eggs, salads, ham, tuna, Hellmans Mayo, you can eat these "straight" or create something to fill the gap and by-pass temptation. Just think of the energy you will be using on the work you're doing too! Good luck, best wishes, Christine

Thanks Christine! My gears are turning as I try to figure out what to take along with me this morning.... But I will figure out *something*. And if not - if it turns out fast food is the only thing available to us today - I'll be doing the burgers with no bun like I did before. It worked just fine. Hopefully I don't forget that little trick in the midst of my day. ...But seeing the progress I've made already, I don't think I will :)
